Efficient assistance when arranging conference room layout

During my recent stay, I needed to organize the layout of the conference room for my training session. I was kinda surprised by the helpfulness of the staff at Hotel Royal. Despite some initial setbacks, such as a cramped table and dirty chair covers, the hotel staff quickly rectified the situation by providing assistance. I rearranged the room on my own and managed to conduct my training session successfully. I appreciate the efficiency and promptness of the hotel staff in resolving the issue. I had a satisfactory experience at Hotel Royal.

Great Location, Convenient Transportation & Spacious Room

The hotel's location is just a stone's throw away from a beautiful garden and a palace. The transport system is easily accessible and it's a great advantage for someone like me who doesn't have a car. I also appreciated the spacious room that provided me with plenty of space to move around.

My experience at the hotel was not good. The Wi-Fi connection was painfully slow and it was hard to get anything done online.

This hotel is in a great location, right in the city center and just a short walk from the botanical garden. The room I stayed in was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable sitting area and a mini-bar. The staff was quick to fix any issues I had, like when my key card didn't work at first. the room was clean and well-maintained, and I felt comfortable during my stay.

The breakfast could have been better. The fruit didn't seem very fresh, as it was displayed in direct sunlight.

The hotel is centrally located and in walking distance to local attractions and shopping malls. The rooms are modern, spacious and with large windows. Some rooms have a beautiful view of the surrounding lowlands and mountains. The bathrooms are clean and provide ample space. Breakfast is offered in a large room and there is a variety of hot and cold dishes available. The pool area is comfortable with loungers to relax and some lush trees for a nice surrounding.

The hotel needs some improvement in cleanliness of its restaurant area.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The location is superb and very convenient to reach famous places in this city within a few minutes' walk. The hotel facilities are top-notch, especially the outdoor pool with a nice mountain view. We appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, and the staff was very helpful and professional, making our stay more pleasant. The breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of choices.

The front desk staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. the room was not properly cleaned and had a strong odor.
